Testimonials & Feedback on GTK and it's Instructors

Classes have had students aged 9 to 70+, beginners to advanced, all are welcome.

“Enlightening sessions 'fusing' explanations with action inspirational teaching from someone who knows his 'stuff' and great entertainment. An encouraging environment where Bill offers a beneficial learning process which aids confidence. We feel we can now 'handle' ourselves. Thank you”

"I thoroughly enjoy Bill's (and when he can make it) Ben's sessions. They combine Martial Arts with basic self-Defence, making it interesting and very useful to everyone."

“ Bill is an outstanding Instructor. He is not the type of Instructor who shows off to impress his students. Instead, he studies their performance intently and adapts his teaching to suit the individual student. I remember trying to teach one student how to do a technique. It took me a long time. Bill saw what the problem was and almost immediately achieved what I had taken ages to fail to do. His pad work and shield work is well worth watching as he is both powerful and accurate. You can learn much simply by watching him train. The only way to appreciate his quality is to actually attend his classes. I do not think you will regret making the effort"

"I have taught Ben Neal for many years. He is probably the best student I have ever taught. I put this down partly to his training with his Dad, Bill, both in class and at Home. Ben has achieved 2nd Dan in Choikwangdo and his example in the class in Orpington will be sorely missed. His movement, agility and the ability to perform the powerful techniques is immediately obvious. His drills with or without a partner are a joy to watch. His balance and speed make him one to emulate. Ben is also an Instructor who can handle a class effectively. His obvious skills makes this easier for him than most. He will go to great trouble to improve the work of his students. His quality has not made him big headed. Far from it! The class enjoy his lessons and can only improve as they watch his example and listen to his advice. Attend his lessons if you possibly can. I think you will appreciate the teaching and example greatly. Jack Watson 3rd Dan CKD graded by Grand Master Kwang Jo Choi, 5 th Dan Freestyle Martial Arts
